（中央社華盛頓15日綜合外電報導）美國海岸防衛隊一名成員被攝影機拍到，偷偷比出一個類似OK的手勢，因被部分觀眾認定手勢象徵「白人力量」，已被調離因應颶風勤務。

美國海岸防衛隊透過官方推特帳號說：「我們知道推特出現這支冒犯意味濃厚的影片，海岸防衛隊已確認出這名成員身分，並將他調離因應勤務。」

「他的行為並不代表美國海岸防衛隊。」

颶風佛羅倫斯（Hurricane Florence）侵襲美國東南部，奪走至少6條性命，目前已減弱為熱帶性風暴。美國海岸防衛隊是聯邦層級因應單位之一。

事件發生時，微軟國家廣播公司（MSNBC）正針對佛羅倫斯颶風訪問一名海岸防衛隊成員。

背景畫面中，另一名短髮成員轉頭看攝影機，接著舉起右手在臉的一側比出類似OK的手勢。
